Membership Registration Guide
To become a member, you can register through the [Membership Registration] menu by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, then filling out the provided registration form. Once the registration process is complete, you can immediately enjoy our services for free.
Benefits of becoming a member:
- You do not need to re-enter various information every time you place an order.
- Always eligible to participate in group buying and auction events.
- Eligible to join exclusive member events and various discount promotions.
Order Guide
The product ordering process consists of the following steps:
- Step 1: Product search
- Step 2: Add to shopping cart
- Step 3: Log in with a member ID or order as a non-member
- Step 4: Fill out the order form
- Step 5: Choose a payment method and make the payment
- Step 6: Order confirmation screen (with order number)
Note:
If you order as a non-member, make sure to record the order number and approval number (for card payments) in step 6. For members, this information will be saved automatically, so you do not need to note it separately.
Payment Guide
- For high-value transactions, the credit card provider may contact you for verification for security purposes. If stolen cards or orders made on behalf of another person are detected and deemed unauthorized, we reserve the right to delay or cancel the order.
Bank Transfer Payment:
- You can make payments via PC Banking, Internet Banking, Telebanking, or directly at a nearby bank. The sender's name must match the name entered during the order. Payment must be completed within 7 days, otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.

Note:
- Delivery to remote areas or islands may incur additional charges.
- Products in stock will be shipped immediately after payment confirmation. For made-to-order products, production and delivery take approximately 7-14 days.
Exchange/Return Guide

Exchange/Return Conditions:
- Within 7 days from the date of receipt. However, for electronic products, if the packaging has been opened or damaged, reducing the product's value, exchanges/returns cannot be made.
- If the product content or service does not match the advertisement or description, you may request an exchange/return within 3 months from receipt or within 30 days of discovering the discrepancy.
Exchanges/Returns are not possible if:
- The product is damaged or lost due to customer negligence (except for packaging damage while checking product contents).
- The packaging has been opened or damaged, reducing the product's value (e.g., electronics, food, CDs; for screens such as laptops or digital cameras, policies follow the manufacturer’s standards).
- The product has been used or partially consumed, significantly reducing its value (except for cosmetics with trial samples).
- The product value has significantly depreciated due to time or is no longer resellable.
- The product's duplicate-proof packaging has been damaged.

Note:
- If you change your mind about exchanging/returning a product (e.g., changing color/size), the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
Refund Guide
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the returned product is confirmed.
- For credit card payments, we will cancel the card approval so that the charge does not appear. However, if the charge has already been billed, the refund will be credited back to the card provider in the following billing cycle.

Point Validity Period
- Points earned from orders will become Available Points after 20 days from order verification. Before that, they are classified as Pending Points to anticipate returns or cancellations.
- Available Points (Total Points - Used Points - Pending Points) can be used directly for product purchases.
Point Usage Terms
- Minimum points that can be used: Rp0
- Maximum points per transaction: No limit
Point Expiration
- Points will be canceled if the order is canceled or returned.
- Points will expire if you leave the membership.
- Points will also expire if no new points are accumulated within 3 years from the last earned points.
